Staff and trustees

The Community Chaplaincy Association is a charity with a small staff group

As a charity, the board of trustees is responsible for the overall running of the Community Chaplaincy Association.

The staff team are here to help:

Simon Tarlton - Chief Executive

Qasim Farid - Development Worker

Jackie is Chair of trustees for the Community Chaplaincy Association

Matthew is one of the founder members of the Community Chaplaincy Association, he has retired as Chair while continuing as a trustee and treasurer.

Cathy is a founding Trustee of the Community Chaplaincy Association and Managing Community Chaplain of South West Community Chaplaincy

Jane is also director of WYCCP Resettlement Service

Jane Barkes used to be Chief Executive Officer of The Footprints Project.

Imam Zakkaria Sayed has been working as an imam in the prison service since 2007

Maqsood was awarded an OBE for his groundbreaking work as the first Muslim Advisor to HM Prison Service

Tony helped found Ford Forward Community Chaplaincy to support prisoners resettling in West Sussex

Allison has been involved in Community Chaplaincy and prison chaplaincy since 2002.
