About Mark
Meet Mark, maybe the jolliest solicitor you’ll ever encounter! For over three decades, he’s been weaving legal magic at an international law firm, spreading cheer and justice wherever he goes. Not content with just lawyering, Mark also served as the dynamic Joint Head of Pro Bono and Community Investment for a whopping eight years, sprinkling kindness and goodwill like confetti!
But wait, there’s more! Mark’s heart beats loudest for prisons and criminal justice, where he’s been helping for over 15 years. Whether it’s lending a hand as a cheerful volunteer in local prison chaplaincies or championing the cause through community chaplaincies, he’s ready to make a difference with a smile.
As if that wasn’t impressive enough, Mark has been a trustee extraordinaire at Futures Unlocked for over a decade, and since 2017, he’s been rocking the boat as Chair of Trustees, steering the ship towards brighter horizons. Their incredible work even earned them the prestigious King’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2019, a testament to Mark’s boundless dedication and infectious enthusiasm.
And just when you thought he couldn’t get any more merry, Mark recently donned his academic cap and graduated with flying colours, earning himself a Masters Degree in Criminology and Penology.
